Ship of Fools is a 70 minute interdisciplinary theater piece I designed, directed and built as a resident artist with Here Arts Center in New York City. The piece investigates the pathologization of women and the feminine within Western medical and democratic establishments from the French Revolution to the events leading up to the 2016 election. Ship of Fools premiered in October 2016, closing a week before Trump was elected.
